NOTICE: By Commissioning me you agree to these terms and servicesDetailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: May 18th 2026This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:General
1. By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. I have the right to decline any request for any reason. I do NOT draw: NSFW, gore/graphic, homophobic, offensive, or hateful content.
3. Please provide clear references and details for your commission. I do NOT take AI references, Stolen art/oc/characters.
4. All prices and negotiations are final Prices may go up because of inflation, demand and complexity. (If you had a commission placed before prices are changed, you won't be charged the price change and it would stay its original price for that specific order only)
5. I am not responsible of any missing or lost media after the delivery time!
6. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
7. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order.
8. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed.
9. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.PAYMENT
10. Payment is upfront only.
11. Accepted methods: Cashapp and Ko-Fi
12. Other Alternative Methods: Discord profile decoration, Steam Game Gifts, Fursuit parts & Accessories, Art Trades.
13. The seller has the right do decline alternative methods and not responsible for any shipping costs.
14. Rush orders cost (25%–50%) extra depending on the queue, time and complexity.
What is “Rush Order”? (For digital orders)
A rush order would put you on top of the queue. If there is other rush orders before you, you will be just below them.
Rush orders time will be around (1-3 weeks) depending of my queue, time and complexity.
15. Traditional art has an extra (40%–60%) rush order fee.
what is a “Rush Order (Traditional, Crafts, Prints)
For rush orders of this type of commissions may be complex, Your order would be placed on the top of the Queue, if there is other rush orders you will be place below them.
First-class shipping costs are NOT included in the rush order fee.PRODUCT DELIVERY
16. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.
17. Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. Customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery method, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc.
18. It is sole responsibility of Customer to propose delivery method which works for both parties. Seller cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller.
18b. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.REVISIONS
19. Customer has the right to 2 complete revisions in the sketching phase.
20. Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered Product. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.REFUND POLICY
21. Full refund available within the first 24 hours only if I have not started.
22. After I start the sketch or any progress: NO refunds, even if you cancel. You may choose if I finish it or stop, but no refund either way.
Adoptables: NO refunds.
YCH: NO refunds.
Traditional: NO refunds
unless items are damaged or missing during shipping (contact me through Email, Dms with proof)23. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.24. Refund will only be able if I had to personally cancel your order due to personal reasons.OTHER
25. Do NOT claim bases, F2U, or P2U files as your own.
27. Do NOT share, resell, or redistribute F2U & P2U files.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
28. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.29. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
17. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order.
18. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will possibly receive full, partial, or zero refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.YCH
19. Your YCH slot lineart may be use to be sold as a base.
No characters will be directly use as lineart only the species.
Meaning any of your character special and unique features will NOT be sold, only the species like deer, shark, cow, ect. will be use as a blank for any base pack i may sell in the future.
any hair, tattoos, special unique features that belong to your character will be Erased!VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE CAN CAUSE THE COSTUMER TO GET BLACKLISTED!!!!
